"If you have ever thought about getting a massage, I highly recommend going to Cailin. I came down with adhesive capsulitis, more commonly know as "frozen shoulder" a few years ago, and had lost 30% of my range-of-motion in one arm. I was given cortisone shots to my shoulder twice, and was prescribed physical therapy. While the cortisone did loosen things up a bit, the physical therapy was not working for me. I was in constant pain...
Cailin is quite knowledgeable about my condition, and knows exactly the areas to focus on. I have been going to Cailin regularly for two years now...she is wonderful. I'm not sure how she does it, but she gets right to the areas that hurt, and my pain melts away. I have regained complete range-of-motion of my arm, and am kept pain-free.
