All are invited! Walkers, runners, cyclists, triathletes, general fitness/exercise enthusiasts...those interested in learning how to properly use and make the most out of their foam roller.

~ I will have extra rollers on hand if you need to borrow one. Please feel free to bring what you have--along with a yoga mat and bottle of water!

Why we use the roller & the most common areas to work

General anatomy, particular injuries & how to self treat

Interesting stretches and movements

Lots of core/Pilates exercises!

It will be a fun series and you should expect to walk away with an thorough knowledge of foam rolling and how to use it more efficiently and effectively.


Every Wed from 6:00-7:00pm; Starting Wed 8/14/19 through Wed 10/2/19


General Pricing:

$160 (advanced registration--by Friday 8/2/19)

$180 (after 8/2/19)

$150 for Fleet Feet running program members, H.E.A.T. members, and GolfTec customers

$25/class to Drop-in
