Vinyasa Yoga is a breath synchronized practice that fosters relaxation, strength, mobility, and much more.  Each breath connects with an asana (pose), this flow of fluid movements cultivates a state of being fully present and highly focused.  Students practice various breathing techniques, learn prop usage, and asana (pose) variations to support their physique.  All levels are welcome.

 Dress comfortably to move freely.  Yoga mat, yoga blocks, cushions/bolsters and a strap/belt are recommended to use for stability and comfort although not needed for every class. 

 *In-person classes range from 5-7 participants. Due to COVID-19 regulations 6 feet apart is honored and masks are required if not vaccinated.  Visit jennesisyoga.com to register in person or via Zoom.
