Starting a new yoga practice or reconnecting with a previous one can seem overwhelming if you are unsure how or when to being. Our introductory Vinyasa classes are designed for all life stages, classes are tailored for you. Students are introduced to breathing techniques and asana (pose) variations to support all physiques.
Vinyasa yoga is a breath synchronized practice. Each breath connects with an asana (pose) to encourage relaxation, strength and balance internally and externally. A Vinyasa flow cultivates a state of being fully present and highly focused on what you are doing.
Dress comfortably to move freely. Yoga mat, yoga blocks, cushions/bolsters and a strap/belt are recommended for stability and comfort.
*In-person classes are maxed to 5 participants due to COVID-19; 6 feet apart is honored, and masks are required.
