Stretching Services

Are you feeling tightness in your muscles and joints? Have you heard “you should stretch more often” but don’t know where to start or what stretches can help you feel your best? Are you feeling compressed or un-flexible?

Balance Massage & Wellness Center now offers Stretch Assist. It’s a 30 or 60 minute session (stand alone or added to a massage) that walks you through a comprenhensive stretching routine combined with relaxing breathing techniques. Our experienced therapist will take you step-by-step to help relieve tightness in your muscles. You may address a specific area of concern, as well as encoporate a full body stretch. Feel looser, more limber, and experience total relaxation.

For your Stretch Assist appointment, please dress in loose and comfortable clothing, similar to what you would wear to work out. (tank top, tee-shirt, loose shorts, yoga pants, etc) This will allow for the proper range of motion. No tight pants or jeans, no dresses or skirts, etc.
If you come in clothing that is inappropriate for your session, we will not be able to complete the appointment, but you will still be charged for the time.

Pricing Stretch Assist (stand alone):

30 Minute: $50
60 Minute: $90


Pricing Stretch Assist (combined with massage):

  • 30 minute Stretch Assist with 30 minute massage: $100

  • 30 minute Stretch Assist with 45 minute massage: $120

  • 30 minute Stretch Assist with 60 minute massage: $140

  • 30 minute Stretch Assist with 90 minute massage: $175

 Methods of payment accepted: cash, check, credit cards, HSA debit cards. We do not bill insurance directly, but can provide a detailed invoice for reimbursement. Please note that gratuities may not be put on a credit card charge.

Using our online booking system requires a valid credit card. No charges will be placed on the card, unless you NO SHOW your appointment. Please see our Cancellation Policy, in full, listed below.

Late arrival, cancellation and NO-SHOW policy

COVID Pandemic Update: If you are feeling ill for any reason, please contact us immediately to cancel your appointment. The usual cancellation fee will be waived.

If you arrive tardy for your appointment, I will be happy to work with you for the rest of our allotted time. Full payment is expected.

A valid credit card is necessary for online booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice and we are unable to back-fill your spot, we reserve the right to charge the full payment amount.

If you NO-SHOW your appointment, the full payment due for your services will be charged to your card. Emergencies will be taken into account.
